Welcome to Tastee Bakeree LLC (“Tastee Bakeree,” “we,” “us”). These Terms of Service govern your purchase of baked goods and related services from us, whether you order online, by phone, or in person. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders & Quotes

All items are made to order. When you request an order, we’ll provide a quote based on your treats, size, flavors, and design. Your order is confirmed only when we’ve agreed on the details and received your deposit.

Lead Time & Appointments

We ask for at least two weeks’ notice on all custom orders and operate by appointment. We’ll always do our best to accommodate rush requests when our schedule allows, sometimes for an additional fee.

Deposits & Payment

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date; the remaining balance is due before pickup. We accept credit and debit cards securely through Square. We do not store your card information.

Pickup

Pickup is our preferred method of fulfillment. Exact pickup location and time are arranged once your order is confirmed. Please pick up your order at the agreed time to ensure freshness; we are not responsible for the quality of items left uncollected.

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations require at least 3 days’ notice. Deposits are non-refundable once baking has begun. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

Handmade Products

Every item is handmade, so small variations in color, size, and decoration are normal and part of the charm. Finished treats may differ slightly from reference photos.

Allergens & Food Safety

Our items are made in a home kitchen where major allergens are present. Please review our Allergen & Food Safety page before ordering. You are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary needs.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tastee Bakeree LLC’s liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
